Customer Service Agent - Banking Company with German

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support, content moderation, sales and marketing. Your Mission: - Provide customer service support and resolve routine issues related to banking products and services. - Help customers with their financial challenges and find quick, efficient solutions. - Deliver top-quality service and build positive customer experiences. - Collaborate with your team to make each day a success. What We’re Looking For: - German speaker – B2+/C1 level - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Passion for teamwork and learning. - Customer-oriented mindset, especially in the financial sector.
